current work & Research
Rooted in the concept of “beachcombing”, Nicole’s work explores material collection through spatial investigations and tactile exploration. Currently an MFA candidate at Arizona State University, her work investigates spatial awareness, the concept of home and how positionality can inform the physical creation of work. With a planned solo show in 2025 to showcase her MFA thesis work, the production of new work is ongoing, improvisational and experimental in nature as the research is ongoing.
